We are creating intentional space within our community to press into God and believe for His Kingdom to come in a greater measure over our church & city. You are encouraged to seek the Lord in how long to fast, the way in which you should fast (full, partial, intermittent, meal-specific etc) as well as including additional ‘breaks’ (TV, social media, gaming etc). The goal is not merely to go without something, but to feast on more of Him and let His presence sustain you, ask God for His grace to strengthen you during this time.
